En el marco de una nueva reunión del Consejo del Salario para los Trabajadores de Casas Particulares, se acordó un nuevo aumento para las trabajadoras de casas particulares. El acuerdo paritario fijó un aumento del 6% para noviembre y se adicionará, además, un 2% al 5% acordado para diciembre.
Cabe recordar que en junio pasado, se selló un incremento total del 42% a abonarse en cuatro tramos (junio, septiembre, diciembre y marzo del 2022). Con el nuevo aumento, las cuotas del acuerdo actualizadas contemplan un pago del 13% en junio, 12% en septiembre, 6% en noviembre, 7% en diciembre y 12% en marzo de 2022. Así, el acumulado anual paritario llega al 50%.
Además, desde septiembre de este año, rige el adicional del “ítem antigüedad” equivalente al 1% por cada año de antigüedad de la trabajadora en su relación laboral, sobre los salarios mensuales. Dicho porcentaje se contabiliza desde el 1 de septiembre del 2020, independientemente de la fecha de ingreso de la empleada.
