Presupuesto 2021: ¿qué dijeron y cómo votaron los senadores salteños?
Estaba todo listo para que el Presupuesto 2021 se convierta en Ley, pero pese a la aprobación del Senado, la ley de leyes deberá volver a ser discutida por la Cámara de Diputados. El motivo estuvo vinculado a algunos errores y omisiones registrados en la planilla de obras públicas previstas para el próximo ejercicio.
La postura de los representantes salteños fue dispar en el momento de la votación. Nora Giménez y Sergio Leavy, referentes del Frente de Todos, votaron a favor, mientras que Juan Carlos Romero se opuso.
Al momento de tomar la palabra, Giménez manifestó: “este es un presupuesto que tiene memoria. Acá no nos olvidamos que hemos heredado una deuda abultada que creció en la gestión de Macri porque muchos aportes tomados de los organismos internacionales sirvieron para financiar la campaña que perdió con Alberto Fernández. Gracias a la decisión del pueblo argentino hoy estamos discutiendo un presupuesto que está basado en un esquema de defensa de la producción y del trabajo y que tiene como objetivo trabajar sobre las desigualdades estructurales del país y poder, con esta herramienta, asegurar la participación y la promoción de todas las regiones, de todas las provincias, de todos los sectores”.
Además, la senadora destacó la inversión que llegará a la provincia a raíz de este proyecto. “Ver que hay salteños y salteñas que hace 10 años en su vivienda rural no tenían baño, y hoy van a poder incorporar una batería de baños. Hay productores que carecían de herramientas para seguir trabajando, hoy pueden hacer realidad sus máquinas y herramientas; artesanos y hombres y mujeres de la agricultura familiar que no tenían adonde vender sus productos, hoy estamos incorporando los mercados populares de frutas, verduras y artesanías. Los que producen ají van a tener un galpón donde almacenarlo”, dijo la legisladora y remarcó los fondos que también permitirán equipar 28 hospitales del interior provincial en medio del contexto sanitario generado por la pandemia.
Juan Carlos Romero fue el otro salteño que hizo uso de la palabra y durante su exposición detalló los motivos que llevaron a oponerse. El exgobernador de Salta indicó que el proyecto enviado por el Ejecutivo no tiene una definición del rumbo específico que debería tomar el país. “Este presupuesto tiene muchas expresiones de deseos, pero muy pocas cosas posibles de lograr”, manifestó.
El legislador cuestionó que en el país no sea posible encontrar consensos para tener una estabilidad macroeconómica y criticó también que la gestión de Alberto Fernández busque financiar el presupuesto con emisión monetaria. “El crecimiento de la emisión, lo único que nos garantiza es una inflación superior a la que se señala en el proyecto”, concluyó.
